Bois Malot Tradition White

For a cuvee Tradition the fermentation occurs exclusively at low temperature. Maturation on thin lees for 3 months. Ageing in bottlle for some years to let the oaky hint penetrate the wine.

Best with fish in sauce, white meat, asparagus pressed cheese (also suitable for pre-dinner drinks).
