The Clairet and Rosé

The Bordeaux Clairet comes from red vine varieties undergoing a maceration during 48 hours unlike the rosé wine which is pressed immediately.

This process brings with it fruity, colour and fleshy charasteristics. It makes a "Rosé" with backbone.

The fermentation, next, happens at low temperature and the product is bottled after 3 months.
