Le Moelleux

Château Valentons Moelleux comes from a Sauvignon Gris » overripe. It is less sweet than a Sauternes or a Montbazillac.

Fermentation at low temperature followed by maturation in barrels bringing floral notes ( lime, vervain) and spices (cinnamon,vanilla).

Serve with foie gras, desserts, blue cheese or simply as a drink.
